The name on the van
Most companies pick a name. Ours is a job description. Every word in it is a promise you can hold us to.
Pest control is one of the heaviest chemical using industries in the world. We went the other way: humane removal, exclusion, botanical products used exactly per label, and a method that protects families, pets, neighbors and wildlife. The owl on our logo is the animal poison harms. We put it on our chest on purpose.
When something is wrong with your knee, your family doctor sends you to a specialist. Rodents deserve the same. General pest companies treat pests in bulk. We studied one problem until we knew it cold, and we train every technician in the biology, the law, the health science, the inspection and the craft before they ever work in a home. Specialists diagnose better, fix better, and stand behind the fix.
Getting the animal out is half the job. How did it get in, and what did it wreck on the way? We seal entry points to a tug tested standard, decontaminate the controlled way, replace what was ruined, and leave the home better than the animal found it. That is why restoration is in our name, and why most competitors cannot put it in theirs.
Why we started
Green Rodent Restoration began as a small, family owned Los Angeles shop that did two humble things well: rodent proofing and air duct cleaning. No billboards, no fleet. Just crawl spaces, attics and word of mouth.
The people who built it into the company you see today came up through that work. Years in the field, in attics and inspections. Years in construction and restoration, where you do not call a job done until the building is whole again. What they saw was simple: the industry's answer to a rodent was poison, and poison was failing everyone it touched.
It failed the customer, because a poisoned rat dies in a wall and the hole it came through stays open for the next one. It failed the family, because the "solution" in the attic was something the kids could never go near. And it failed the wildlife, because the owl that catches a slow, poisoned rat gets the poison too.
So we built the company around a different promise: find how the animal got in, seal it, remove it humanely, repair every bit of damage it left, and prove the problem stayed solved.

That promise is now a national company, run the same way on the thousandth job as on the first. The law has been catching up ever since. State after state keeps restricting the very poisons we never used.

A four step system that does not just catch the animal. It fixes the mess it made and closes the door behind it.
A certified technician inspects your attic, crawl space and exterior and maps every entry point, nest and access route. The scope is written down before any work begins.
Humane removal with one way doors and repellent gel, for live animals and rodents. No poison, no bait, and no dying in the wall smell.
We remove contaminated debris, decontaminate and deodorize, then replace soiled or compressed insulation so the attic works the way it should.
Every gap is sealed with steel and heavy mesh and backed by a 2 year written warranty. An active DART prevention plan can extend it.
