For Everyone
Accessibility Statement
We want every visitor to use our site with ease. Last updated: October 2026
Our Commitment
Green Rodent Restoration is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain this website, not an afterthought.
Conformance Target
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and alignment with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as applied to websites.
What We Do
- Use semantic HTML with a clear heading structure and landmark regions
-
Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images (and empty
alt=""for decorative ones) - Maintain color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA ratios (4.5:1 for body text)
- Support full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and focus that moves freely between components
- Label form fields explicitly and expose errors in text, not color alone
- Respect operating-system reduced-motion preferences
- Review new pages and components against these standards before they ship
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible, for example, content embedded from third-party services we do not control. If you encounter a barrier, we want to know about it.
