Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can serve you and other customers efficiently.

Guarantees

Exclusion work may be covered by a rodent proofing guarantee as described in your written service agreement. Guarantee terms, coverage, and duration are set out in that agreement and depend on the scope of work performed.
