• Text message records, if you opt in to texts, the number, timestamps, and message status needed to deliver service communications.
• Spam protection signals, when you submit a form, Google reCAPTCHA receives device and browser information and your IP address to tell people from bots.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages via an unchecked consent checkbox on our forms, we use your number to send appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. SMS consent is separate from cookie preferences. Mobile opt in information and phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing Your Information

We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us operate including website hosting, form/lead relay, CRM/scheduling tools, communications providers, and analytics platforms, under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure traffic. We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. It follows your choice in the cookie notice and GPC.

We also use a call and form tracking service (WhatConverts) to understand which pages and ads lead to calls and inquiries. It may show a tracking phone number in place of our regular number and sets cookies to do so. For calls to a tracking number it records the date, time, duration, caller phone number and the page or ad that led to the call, and routes the call to our office. If you opt out through the cookie notice or send GPC, this service is not loaded and its cookies are removed.

Data Retention

We keep lead and service records as long as needed to fulfill your request, maintain our business relationship, meet legal and insurance obligations, and resolve disputes typically for the duration of the customer relationship plus a reasonable period afterward (often several years for service and warranty records). Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics providers. You may request deletion as described below.

Payment Security (PCI)

This website does not collect or store credit card numbers. If you pay for services, payment is handled directly with our office or through a PCI compliant payment processor's own secure page. We do not store card data on this website.
