1. A Full Inspection

A technician walks the roofline, attic, crawlspace, garage and exterior, looking for droppings, rub marks, nesting and gnawed materials. 2. One Way Doors on Active Entry Points

We fit one way doors on the openings rodents are using. They let rats and mice leave on their own and stop them from getting back in. Because rodents walk out alive, there is no poison in the house and far less chance of an animal dying somewhere you cannot reach.

3. Repellent Gel

Along travel paths and around the openings we treat, we apply a repellent gel that discourages rodents from returning to the routes they used before. It is part of the same poison free approach, with no rodenticide involved.

4. Exclusion and Sealing
