A defined scope for your property
Your quote identifies the target pests, exterior treatment areas, reachable web removal locations, visit frequency, full recurring price and any initial charge.
DART+ covers commercial properties too. Restaurants, convenience stores and other food businesses get a scope written for their site: entries, patios, dumpster areas and loading docks, on a schedule that fits your hours.

Questions about DART and DART+
Does DART replace exclusion work?
No. Exclusion addresses openings rodents can use to enter a structure. DART is ongoing exterior maintenance. We’ll explain any separate repairs or exclusion work needed.
What is the difference between DART and DART+?
DART focuses on exterior rodent maintenance. DART+ expands the service with defined botanical pest treatment and de webbing. Your quote lists the additional coverage, target pests and schedule.
Does poison free mean no kill?
No. Our rodent approach avoids rodenticides, but that does not mean every method is nonlethal. Ask us to explain the methods proposed for your property.
What if I see activity between visits?
Contact GRR and tell us what you are seeing and where. We’ll review the next step and explain whether additional service is included or separately charged.
What about children, pets or sensitive areas?
Tell us about pets, children, ponds, edible gardens and other concerns before service. Your technician will explain applicable product instructions and access restrictions.
How often do you visit, and is there a contract?
Your written agreement states the visit schedule, recurring charge, initial term, renewal and cancellation conditions. Review these before enrolling; monthly billing alone does not define the contract term.
Can membership extend my exclusion warranty?
We’ll review your existing exclusion warranty and explain any eligible extension in writing before enrollment.
Do you offer DART and DART+ for businesses?
Yes. DART and DART+ cover restaurants, convenience stores, grocery and food storage, offices, warehouses, HOAs and multi unit buildings as well as homes. Commercial plans are scoped on site, with visit schedules built around your hours, and every visit ends with a written service report for your files.
